Sessions take place over our virtual platform. Once you purchase access, you’ll receive a link to join each session week by week, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device that supports video conferencing. In addition to the live sessions, you’ll have access to all supporting documents and resources, as well as a live feed where you can ask questions and connect with other participants, fostering ongoing learning and engagement between sessions
You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection. Headphones can also help reduce background noise for a better experience.
Group sessions typically last 60 minutes and they meet once a week for 12 weeks in duration.
You will have access to the group platform, including all sessions, PowerPoint presentations, and handouts, for 13 weeks. After the program ends, you'll have an additional week to catch up on any missed sessions or download materials. This timeframe is designed to keep you motivated and on track, encouraging active participation throughout the program.
The live group sessions are recorded to enhance your learning experience. Recordings allow you to revisit key discussions, insights, and strategies at your own pace, ensuring you don’t miss important details. If you’re unable to attend a live session, the recording ensures you can stay on track with the group. Additionally, having access to past sessions helps reinforce what you’ve learned, making it easier to apply the concepts to your personal goals. This also provides flexibility, letting you review the content when it's most convenient for you. Recordings are stored securely within the group platform and will not be shared outside the group. They are deleted once the groups sessions have completed.
If you miss a session, you can catch up by reviewing the session recording and PowerPoint presentation. However, group coaching is most effective when participants attend all sessions, so regular attendance is encouraged.
It’s natural to feel hesitant at first. You are welcome to share only what you feel comfortable with. The goal of group coaching is to create a supportive and respectful space for everyone.
