Refund Policy

At Amen University, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses designed to help you achieve your learning goals. However, we understand that sometimes our courses may not be the right fit for everyone. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our digital products, with the following terms and conditions.

Section 1: Refund

You’re entitled to a refund of the Total Program Fee paid only if:

1. Written Request: You provide a written request within thirty (30) days after your initial program enrollment purchase date. Notification will be deemed to have been received by the Company if sent to and acknowledged back by the Administrator at Support@AmenUniversity.com.
2. Revocation of Access: If you receive any form of refund, your ability to use the Program Materials and to describe yourself as a Certified Brain Health Professional, or any other certification provided by Amen University, will be automatically revoked.
3. Non-Refundable Payments: Except as provided above, the Total Program Fee or any portion paid thereof is non-refundable.

Any notices pursuant to this Section shall only be deemed to have been received by the Company if sent to and acknowledged back by the Administrator at Support@AmenUniversity.com.

Section 2: Modifications

The Company may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in the Company’s sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new version of this Agreement on the Resource Website. You are bound by any changes immediately upon such posting. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Resource Website for notice of changes to this Agreement.
Your continued participation in the Training, including the use of the Resource Website, Program Materials, and/or the limited license granted under this Agreement after the posting of a change notice or a new version of this Agreement constitutes binding acceptance of the change. You are not entitled to any refund of any portion of the Total Program Fee except under the conditions described in Section 4 of this Agreement.

Section 3: Interpretation

If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you may cancel your enrollment. To do so, simply email Support@AmenUniversity.com before starting your training and before day 30 of your enrollment date, for a full refund.
After day 30, or after signing this Agreement, you are not entitled to a refund but may terminate this Agreement under the terms outlined here. You will not, while this Agreement is effective or after its termination or expiration, claim or assert that any term of this Agreement or any of the other documents be construed against the Company.

Section 4: Complete and Final Agreement

The Commitment Form and this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or understandings, whether electronic, oral, or written.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at Support@AmenUniversity.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
2. Review: Our team will review your request and process your refund within 5-7 business days if it meets the refund criteria.
3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of our online courses. If you have previously requested a refund for a course and purchase it again, it will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not applicable if the course has been completed or if significant portions of the course materials have been accessed.

Exceptions

• If you have received a discount or promotional offer, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional price.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the refund policy is being abused.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Amen University reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
